We say thank you to the people of Brock Kehrtechnik, Witten, Germany for the warm welcome during our meeting in November 2012.
Brock, manufacturer of sweeping machines, had invited the VESF to its factory in Witten.
During the meeting the following themes were discussed:
- further solving the problems of machine transport,
- legal aspects of cold milling (lawyer Volker Benzinger, photo 2)
- more intense B2B-information of quality options when milling
- technical aspects of machine transport
During a guest lecture Dr. Achim Weidmann, new CEO of Felasto PUR, introduced his company and the products (photo 3).
The afternoon was dominated by sweeping machinery. At the factory of Brock Kehrtechnik, sales manager Tobias Löffelsend and the mayor of Witten both addressed a welcome note to the members of the VESF. Later the members experienced a guided tour through the whole factory - starting from the sheet metal forming (photo 4) up to the finish. Finally the participants were given the opportunity to watch some of the machines at work and thus getting a picture of the quality and performance of the Brock equipment (photo 5).
